They must also appoint a company secretary. If the company secretary is an individual, they must be a Hong Kong resident; if the company secretary is a legal entity, the registered office address must also be in Hong Kong.
- 02The main steps include: choosing the company type and name, preparing registration documents (such as articles of association, incorporation forms, and business registration notices), submitting the application, paying the registration fee, and obtaining the company registration certificate and business registration certificate after approval.
